same problem here. ERROR 403
on windows i update lastest version still error 403 when try login on program.
on web page https://account.iris.audio/sign-in after click CONTINUE icon roll and roll forever.
look like problem is login server.
i need to use VPN to USA can login .sometime VPN not work

Hi there Ani, please can you go the the dashboard and download the latest version of the app. There is a fix there which should address this.
